Lessons in Leadership XXIIII – Fear and Suffering
Three things, which are connected to each other, are Pain, Suffering, and Fear. One of the things, which our mind is great in making us live with, is Fear. [singlepic id=141 w=320 h=240 float=right]Usually a certain experience affects us. Once we fail in something we feel a kind of pain that we live in for a while.
Some of us continue to live with pain and turn it into suffering which never ends. Suffering becomes a part of these people’s life and never ends. The overreaction results in destroying the life of the person, which is suffering until he or she loses hope in everything.
Who is Guilty?
People compete in a conflict to bring proofs that they are innocent and the others are guilty. The whole idea of proving who is guilty and who is innocent came from both: Justice and the game of human rights respect. In any legal procedure one must prove that s/he is the victim in order to prove innocence. In other procedures such as the human rights case in a conflict for example usually both sides race to prove that they suffer from
