Middle East Post starts its fifth year with a new design
Four years ago the Middle East Post started establishing its website to become today one of the top websites and blogs in the area. In these days we start our fifth year of continuous publications of articles, academic researches and media that are brought by both the old and ne generations.
We wanted to start our fifth year with a new design that brings renewal within our pages. We hope that you will like it and you will continue supporting us by reading, writing and sharing what we publish. The idea that was behind starting this website is our belief that everyone should have an opportunity to write. We believe that we succeeded in doing this and in reaching a lot through the Middle East and around the world.
The Arab Young Generations are Awakened and they will Win
It is true that until the day Tunisia was liberated from Dictatorship, the Arab peoples were living in a stage that can be named “Dark Ages” but since Boazizi made his first move and started the flame of liberty, the Egyptians went out into the streets and ended the days of a dictator, the Bahrainis stood up and said no for Injustice and the Syrians started a fight for justice that continues until this moment…everything changed.
The days of the weak Arab states that were born out of colonialism and given to Individuals to control the destiny of all of those who lived on their lands ended. The Young generations are enlightened and thirsty for justice, Democracy and expressing themselves because of the light they see…a light that
How Israel view the Egyptian Revolution
Over the past few weeks, if the World was glued to its TV screen following the events in Egypt unfold, none did it with more interest than the State of Israel. [singlepic id=492 w=280 h=200 float=right] The entire nation’s media dedicated most of its air time and editorial space to Egypt’s uprising.
But, rather than marveled at the Egyptian’s courage and praised their legitimate yearning for a democratic society; Israel was watching drenched in fear. Would a new Egypt be so complaisant towards the State politics in the Region?
The Journalism and its role in the War
Through history, the American journalism always played an important role in preparing or preventing a war that its country could be planning to make. Since the Vietnam War until the gulf and the Iraq war the Journalism and the News Network was always beside the American administration in the White House.
Some thought that if they don’t support the war then they would be considered as betrayers and not patriots.
