An Israeli Cease-Fire or a break for a while?

Tonight Israel declared a cease-fire from one side in Gaza. Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said that the Israel army achieved victory in its war and the Hamas still does not recognize the damage that was caused for it.
