One of the latest rages in certain elements of the Loyalist wing of the American Jewish community, after their requisite attack on Obama’s supposed Arab favoritism, and what they are certain is Palestinian duplicity masquerading as reasonableness, is to raise the “loss of political bipartisanship” bogeyman. Bipartisanship erodes, in this view, when American Jews confuse our senators and representatives by either publicly criticizing Israel, or by refraining from criticizing Palestinians or Arab countries. That confusion about who or what to support then undermines one of the very few issues that now enjoys widespread bipartisanship support — Israel.

My occupation (the pecuniary one, not a West Bank settlements one) is selling property and casualty insurance to motorsports sanctioning organizations. So I do know some unusual facts and figures that you’ll never be able to find in an Internet search engine. There’s the racer in Puerto Rico who lost, shall we say, a private body part to a collision with another racer. He was disappointed when he found out that the insurance company did not view that part to be worth what he or his wife did. But, if you were to ask me how many similar body parts have been lost in drag racing accidents In Puerto Rico, and what the value per part is, I would be your guy.
Why settlements are a reason for the Palestinians to stop the negotiations?
Eventhough the International community, the European union and the American administration are trying to convince the Palestinian leadership to wait and [singlepic id=383 w=320 h=240 float=right]not to leave the negotiations table because of the Israeli decision to continue in the settlements building, it seems that the Palestinians will have to put an end to the Israeli play that can be called “Directing the conflict” instead of finding a solution for it.

Israel offers to “ease” the blockade on Gaza

The Israeli decision to consider an easement on the entrances to Gaza was made after the worldwide criticism that was made about the Israeli policy regarding the Gaza strip and the late freedom flotilla incident that Israel killed in it nine peace activists while preventing it from reaching Gaza.
Palestinians mark the Sixty-Two Nakbah anniversary with more Israeli attacks on the West Bank and Gaza
While the Palestinians live the sixty-two Nakbah anniversary, the Israeli settlers continue to attack Palestinians in the West Bank. Palestinian teenager Aysar [singlepic id=190 w=320 h=240 float=right] Al – Zaban was shot by an Israeli settler while he was tending his family’s land at Mazra’a Al Sharqia village near Ramalla. The fifteen years old boy was killed although he was not even involved in the stones throwing in the area. In Gaza, a sixty-five years old man was shot by the Israeli army who claimed that he was trying to walk towards the security siege which the Israelis have put around the Gaza strip.
Israel returns to Assassinations Policy
Six Palestinians were killed in two separate incidents by the Israeli forces in Gaza and the West Bank. Three of the Palestinians were assassinated in[singlepic id=122 w=320 h=240 float=right] Nablus at the West Bank. According to Israeli sources, Ghasan Abu Sharkh, Raed Sarkaji and Anan Suboh took part in the last attack which resulted in killing an Israeli settler in the West Bank.
