A Second Egyptian revolution…or its just the continuity of the first one?
The Egyptians are back to the street and they are angry…the reason is that they realized that nothing changed. Mubarak is gone but his way of ruling Egypt is still employed. The army higher council is still in charge and the pre-elections document states that it will stay in charge of the most important authorities in Egypt.
The demonstrations are still taking place through all of Egypt. Tahrir Square is filled again with common people who want to see a real change in their life and achievements that bring them back their pride such as the nationalization of the Suez Canal. They want to live, eat and express their opinion
The Middle East Changes and Israel’s Denial of it
Deterrence Power…a power that the Israeli leadership and army considered the main tool it can use to keep on being the strongest country in the Middle East.
Most of the Israeli army former wars were justified by claiming that unless Israel holds the strongest army and continues on achieving what it considered military victory it will never succeed in assuring the security of its people. Those who built this strategy many years ago did not consider a possible change in the regimes of the Arab world and the leadership of countries that in the past used to be allies of Israel.

The current Israel government has been working since several months to prepare for the next confrontation in the Middle East.
The Israeli army made several exercises and training to evaluate its capability in both launching a war and defending a possible attack in any moment. Not only this but the security forces have trained itself very well to know how to deal with the Israeli population while in war. The diplomatic effort to gain an international support for a possible Israeli attack is in its high levels.
Israel attacks the Freedom Flotilla: 16 killed and dozens injured
More than 16 people were killed and dozens were injured when Israeli troops attack the aid carrying ships from sea and air while on their way to break the [singlepic id=236 w=320 h=240 float=right] blockage on Gaza. The flotilla have hundreds of supporters and unarmed civilians who decided to join get on the ships and go to Gaza to try to break the siege which turned the life of the Palestinians there to become one of the worst in the world.
