Per capire un paese certo e sapere come le decisioni sono prese in questo e chi veramente intacca e può decidere, noi abbiamo bisogno di analizzare e provare a configurare chi dirige questo paese e come lui o lei continua a controllare lo stato. Veramente questo genere di capire un sistema certo differisce da un paese all'altro perché dipende dal genere di decisione e il modo che la gente è rappresentata in ogni paese, ad esempio l'Iran non è un paese democratico e questo dà ai suoi capi o presidente molto più potere che un altro paese democratico che il potere in lui è sempre collegato alla gente o i membri di Parlamento che rappresentarono la gente. Comunque alcuni dicono che è difficile da capire il significato pieno della democrazia di parola, ma nello stesso momento è facile da vedere una sorta di democrazia in uno stato certo.
