Putin e Bush stanno andando a casa e dimenticandoli una serie d'avvenimenti che avvennero recentemente tra i due più grandi poteri nel mondo. La domanda è quella quello che avverrà dopo della fine del loro periodo come presidenti e chi intaccherà sulla politica dei due paesi e quello che sarà il destino delle relazioni diplomatiche nel futuro. Il sostegno americano dell'aumento del Cossovo il nuovo stato fece cose molto più cattive tra Russia e America recentemente. Tutti gli ultimi avvenimenti mostrano che i due poteri stanno combattendo per dimostrare che loro decidono quello che continua nella comunità internazionale. Putin che il presidente russo ottenne il diritto di parlare di nuovo in nome del secondo potere più forte nel mondo dopo il lavoro duro che lui fece in miglioramento dell'economia di Russia e anche il sostegno che lui ebbe dalla gente russa. Il periodo di Putin come un presidente terminerà presto ma il suo effetto continuerà e le decisioni russe continueranno a passare attraverso le sue mani; si menzionò diverse volte che Putin sarà il vicino Primo ministro e questo dimostra quanto lui è sostenuto dal suo partito e la gente russa. Dall'altra parte, Bush starà lasciando la Casa Bianca senza la stessa popolarità che Putin ebbe particolarmente a causa della guerra irachena e il nessun cambiamento vero o il miglioramento della parte americana. Infatti Bush lo dimenticò una situazione economica cattiva seria che intaccherebbe non solo gli Stati Uniti, ma il mondo intero. Comunque, la politica americana rimarrà come fu non importa quale presidente condurrà l'America dopo Bush perché è chiaro che loro dimostrano che loro conducono il mondo, o qualcun altro farà il loro lavoro. Mentre guardiamo il comportamento del presidente russo, vediamo che lui ha una buona strada diplomatica in trasferire dei suoi messaggi senza alzarsi sulla situazione in un livello più cattivo. Putin sempre ha detto che il comportamento di Russia cambierà se il suo cambiamento d'abitudine di compagni la loro strada in rapporto con il mondo importa e anche continuando in armamento del loro stessi e la creazione di un minacciare sulla nazione russa. L'America dall'altra parte continua a lavorare secondo i suoi piani senza notare le affermazioni russe e fa delle minacce. Questo poteva avere come conseguenza una nuova guerra fredda che l'abitudine continua e la fine siccome questo terminò una volta e la ragione è quella che Russia non è l'Unione Sovietica adesso, allora la sua economia è migliore, il suo capo è più intelligente, e i suoi alleati o chi può essere facilmente i suoi alleati contro America non sono lo stesso. Il mondo può esser diviso di nuovo in una metà Orientale e una metà Occidentale se la situazione diventa più cattiva tra i due paesi principali, e qui viene la saggezza del capo che può decidere quello che avverrà.The American support for the rise of the Kosovo new state made things much worse between Russia and America lately. All the last events show that the two powers are fighting to prove that they decide what goes on in the international community. Putin the Russian president gained the right to speak again in the name of the second strongest power in the world after the hard work he did in improving the economy of Russia and also the support he had from the Russian people. Putin’s period as a president will end soon but his effect will continue and the Russian decisions will keep on going through his hands; it was mentioned several times that Putin will be the next Prime Minister and this proves how much he is supported by his party and the Russian people.From the other side, Bush will be leaving the White House without the same popularity Putin had especially because of the Iraqi war and the no real change or improvement in the American side. Indeed Bush left behind him a serious bad economical situation that would affect not only the United States but the entire world. However, the American policy will stay as it was no matter which President will lead America after Bush because it is clear that either they prove that they lead the world, or someone else will do their work.While we look at the behavior of the Russian President, we see that he has a good diplomatic way in transferring his messages without rising up the situation into a worse level. Putin always said that the behavior of Russia will change if its companions wont change their way in dealing with the world matters and also continuing in arming their selves and creating a threaten on the Russian nation. America from the other side keeps on working upon its plans without noticing the Russian statements and threatens. This could result in a new cold war that wont continue and end as it ended once and the reason is that Russia is not the Soviet Union now, so its economy is better, its leader is smarter, and its allies or who can be easily its allies against America are not the same. The world can be divided again into an Eastern half and a Western half if the situation becomes worse between the two leading countries, and here comes the wisdom of the leader that can decide what will happen.
