Es difícil determinar si la comunidad palestina y los partidos políticos están listos para cambiar de una autoridad nacional a un estado palestino. La base de la comunidad palestina comenzó en la creencia de liberar la tierra ocupada del enemigo. Esto comenzó cuando la Organización de Liberación palestina fue establecida y acompañó a todos los "Hermanos" que quisieron luchar contra el enemigo y liberar la tierra. Incluso después de Oslo y establecimiento de la Autoridad Nacional Palestina en la Cisjordania y Gaza, todavía ningún cambio realmente pasó a los movimientos palestinos. Todos ellos se quedaron como movimientos y no cambiaron a Partidos políticos aunque ellos participen en lo que es llamado el parlamento palestino. Hay muchos motivos que causaron esto, para un ejemplo la ocupación todavía existe y esto era una excusa por los movimientos para seguir trabajando en sus programas que incluyeron armas de posesión y enfrentamientos. Esto parece si la comunidad es hecha una pausa en el nivel entre la liberación y armara el trabajo, y el nacimiento de un nuevo estado al cual hasta ahora nadie realmente sucedió en traerlo a la gente. Es realmente difícil averiguar quien culpar de esto porque ni los israelíes ni los palestinos realmente dieron una posibilidad para este estado para salir al mundo. Los israelíes siguieron ocupando u ocupar de nuevo los territorios palestinos en la Cisjordania y Gaza mostrando que nadie en las Autoridades palestinas realmente tenía la autoridad en estas tierras. Los Políticos palestinos que trajeron Oslo y establecieron las Autoridades palestinas casi robaron todo el dinero que fue supuesto ser usado para establecer este estado. Del Otro lado, los movimientos palestinos no tenían bastante conocimiento y experiencia de cambiar su identidad a partidos políticos que realmente participan en la construcción del estado palestino. Ahora mismo todas las tentativas de establecer el estado palestino no tendrán éxito porque no incluye todos los movimientos palestinos. Esto sólo incluye una parte de ellos y esto causará el daño en el futuro a la voluntad ser el estado incompleto. La razón que estos movimientos no pueden cambiar en un día a partidos políticos es sus fundamentos y programas que sólo fueron construidos para la liberación y son inútiles para el edificio de un estado, Un estado que necesita mucho. Quiero decir si queremos definir un estado, es una tierra que tiene huéspedes, un gobierno que gobierna (que nunca puede ser hecho con las actividades israelíes continuas en las tierras palestinas), una gente con una nacionalidad, y un reconocimiento de otros estados en el mundo, especialmente los estados conocidos que tiene el poder sobre el mundo como los Estados Unidos. Y esto podría ser una razón de impedir a este estado ser creado; los Estados Unidos quieren un estado palestino que es establecido según las instrucciones americanas e israelíes y también trabaja sobre sus instrucciones, el que significa en otras palabras un estado perfecto que puede prevenir cualquier ataque contra Israel desde el principio, y esto es imposible con todas las dificultades que existen en la comunidad palestina. Una historia de casi sesenta años mostró que es difícil cambiar las creencia básicas y acuerdo de los palestinos y hasta más cincuenta años no cambiarán nada, porque este sistema de la creencia no vino del aire y no fue enseñado por un sistema que solía gobernar esto la gente. Este sistema de Creencia fue creado por la gente su identidad y puede ser cambiado por la gente su identidad una vez que ellos pueden sentir un cambio y una verdadera oportunidad de la paz para ellos y sus vecinos, entonces sugiero que lo que estas grandes potencias deberían hacer debe convencer a la gente de que ellos realmente quieren la paz y un estado independiente que incluye al menos los fundamentos de su sistema de creencia y no un estado que es construido según lo que sólo Israel quiere. La guerra y la costumbre de violencia traen algo, ocupando Gaza otra vez y terminando Hamas con la superficie inclinada de fuerza hace algo porque otra vez otro movimiento saldrá lo que cree en ideas más extremas que Hamas, y también creyendo que la Seguridad sólo puede ser traída con la fuerza no puede hacer nada. Lo que tenemos que hacer debe alcanzar este sistema de la Creencia que los ambos pueblos tienen, el israelí y el palestino e intento de cambiarlo no en el dinero o fuerza, pero con pruebas que la paz puede ser llevada a cabo mientras los intereses de los ambos lados son guardados y dados. This started when the Palestinian Liberation Organization was established and joined all the “Brothers” that wanted to fight the enemy and free the land. Even after Oslo and establishing the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank and Gaza, still no change did happen to the Palestinian movements. They all stayed as movements and did not change to Political Parties although they participate in what is called the Palestinian parliament. There are a lot of reasons that caused this, for an example the occupation still exists and this was an excuse for the movements to keep on working on their programs that included holding weapons and fighting. It is like if the community is paused in the level between the liberation and armed work, and the birth of a new state that until now no one did succeed in bringing it to the people. It is really hard to find out who to blame for this because neither the Israelis nor the Palestinians did give a chance for this state to come out to the world. The Israelis kept on occupying or reoccupying the Palestinian territories in the West Bank and Gaza showing that no one in the Palestinian Authorities did have the authority on these lands. The Palestinian Politicians that brought Oslo and established the Palestinian Authorities almost stole all the money that was supposed to be used for establishing this state. From the Other side, the Palestinian movements didn’t have the enough knowledge and experience to change their selves to political parties that really participate in building the Palestinian State. Even now all the attempts to establish the Palestinian State won’t succeed because it does not include all the Palestinian movements. It only include a part of them and this will cause the damage in the future to the will be incomplete State. The reason that these movements cannot change in a day to political parties is its basics and programs that were built only for the liberation and are useless for the building of a state, A state that needs a lot. I mean if we want to define a state, it is a land that has boarders, a government that rules ( which can never be done with the continuous Israeli activities in the Palestinian lands), a people with a nationality, and an acknowledgement from other states in the world, specially the known states that has power over the world like the United States. And this could be a reason for preventing this State from being created; the United States wants a Palestinian State that is established according to the American and Israeli instructions and also works upon its instructions, which means in other words a perfect State that can prevent any attacks on Israel from the beginning, and this is impossible with all the difficulties that exist in the Palestinian community. A history of almost sixty years showed that it is hard to change the basic beliefs and understandings of the Palestinians and even another fifty years won’t change anything, because this system of belief didn’t come from the air and was not taught by a system that used to rule this people. This system of Beliefs was created by the people their selves and can be changed by the people their selves once they can feel a change and a real opportunity for peace for them and their neighbors, so I suggest that what these great powers should do is to convince the people that they really want peace and an independent State that includes at least the basics of their system of beliefs and not a state that is built according to what only Israel wants. War and violence wont bring anything, occupying Gaza again and ending Hamas with force cant do anything because again another movement will come out that believes in more extreme ideas than Hamas, and also believing that Security can be brought only with force can do nothing. What we need to do is to reach this system of Belief that the both peoples have, the Israeli and the Palestinian and try to change it not by money or force but with proofs that peace can be accomplished while the interests of the both sides are kept and given.
