En estos días, uno puede ver que tanto el lado israelí como el palestino hacen todo lo posible mostrar que ellos quieren ir a la conferencia de paz para la cual los Estados Unidos se preparan en noviembre. Tantos motivos los hacen trabajar mucho para dejar la mejor impresión sobre su voluntad para hacer la paz en el Oriente Medio. Uno de estos motivos es la exigencia fuerte de Bush y los Estados Unidos para hacer esta conferencia pasar aun si esto la costumbre devuelve los resultados que son necesarios para una verdadera mejora del israelí – conflicto palestino. Incluso después de Ehud Olmert, el primer ministro israelí declaró que está enfermo y necesita la asistencia médica, Condoleezza Rice le dejó claro que ellos deben seguir a la conferencia de Paz con cualquier precio. Bien veo que la insistencia americana para ir a esta conferencia de paz viene del conocimiento de los verdaderos resultados malos que podrían resultar si ninguna mejora, hasta una pequeña mejora pasa en el palestino – el área israelí del conflicto. Ahora si miramos el trabajo los ambos lados hacen para mostrar su buena voluntad para conseguir algo, estará claro que ningún de ellos quiere estropear con el mando americano y sus preparaciones, aunque tanto los palestinos como los israelíes sepan que con su mientras tanto suposiciones y proyectos, nada verdadero podría ser conseguido. Como siempre antes de ir a cualesquiera negociaciones, los ambos lados preparan su identidad para pedir el más ellos pueden preguntar a fin de perder mínimo y ganar el máximo, y era las causas principales del fracaso de todas las tentativas que fueron hechas después de Oslo conseguir algo. ¿Tan la pregunta más simple deberíamos preguntarnos es a qué distancia puede tanto los israelíes como los palestinos van a fin de buscar una verdadera paz? ¿Está listo el mando israelí para arriesgar a fin de conseguir? ¿Puede la historia devolverse y traer a un primer ministro como Rabin que podría arriesgar y firmar un acuerdo como el acuerdo de Oslo, entonces la dirección de paz en la comunidad palestina podría hacerse fuerte otra vez y devolver la declaración ”La Paz del Valiente” atrás a la vida? ¿Y pueden los palestinos reajustar sus líneas y sacar a un verdadero líder como Yasser Arafat que puede tomar decisiones y también controlar y hacer a la gente seguirle y apoyarle en sus decisiones? ¿Cómo podemos devolver la situación atrás al período antes de que todos los partidos extremistas vinieran para conducir los ambos pueblos? Deberíamos volver a la base, que son la gente entonces podemos conseguir y cambiar la cultura en Israel y Palestina. Ahora unos pueden creer que culpo a aquella gente de lo que ellos piensan y creen, en efecto realmente compadezco a ellos porque ellos talaron como las víctimas de violencia y cambiaron su modo de contemplar la vida debido a de qué ellos sufrieron y también debido a los errores sus líderes hicieron. La idea que subió en Israel sobre la obtención de seguridad sólo aplicando fuerza y ejército vino debido a algunos líderes que hicieron todo lo posible influir en su gente y hacerles creer en esto. Ariel Sharon dijo que podría terminar la Intifada en Cien días y hacer a la gente israelí viva en la paz completa aplicando fuerza con palestinos, y lo que él sólo hizo traía más dolor y sufría para la gente israelí, y también ayudaba en la fabricación de los palestinos creer que ninguna paz podría ser conseguida con Israel y sólo forzar y la violencia puede ser usada para hacer Israel parar sus operaciones militares de matanza y encarcelamiento en los territorios palestinos. Entonces la primera víctima es la nación que siguen al líder y por eso un líder es el que quién puede construir y mejorar o destruir y hacer el daño. ¿Tan antes de planear para conferencias de paz y gastar el dinero en el mejoramiento de la capacidad de ejército y militar de volverse el otro fuerza, todos los esfuerzos deberían ser centrados en la fabricación de la vida cotidiana de cada persona que vive en Israel y Palestina mejor, cómo? Simplemente muéstreles que ellos pueden vivir una mejor vida y verlo de una esquina diferente. Por qué nunca vimos ningún apoyo a mejorar la situación económica en la Cisjordania y Gaza, por qué el palestino vive su vida cotidiana con la dificultad aun cuando él va de su casa a su trabajo y el camino atrás debido a los puntos de control. Con todas estas cosas, por supuesto el ciudadano palestino creerá en el apoyo de cualquiera, pero no aquellos quién quiere entrar en el camino de paz. ¿Suponga que el padre de un muchacho o muchacha es matado o puesto en la prisión de alguno de los ambos lados, qué cree usted que él pensará cuándo él o ella se hacen un hombre o mujeres? ¿Cree usted que ellos olvidarán qué pasó a sus miembros de familia más cercanos? Por eso el cambio debe comenzar de las raíces. Ehud Olmert y Abu Mazen deberían volver a su gente para convencer e influir en ellos para creer en la paz antes de ir a firmar algo. Esto devolverá a la gente que es necesaria para ambos para apoyar ellos o cualquier otro líder en el alcanzamiento de algo llamado la paz. Israel debería confesar que la fuerza no es la opción y el reconocimiento del derecho para la gente palestina de vivir al lado de ellos y darles sus derechos mínimos que mientras tanto el mando pregunta, es el principio correcto para la paz. La prensa de los ambos lados debería pensar otra vez en como ellos afectan la situación y como puede ellos cambiar. Piense en ello. Well I see that the American insistence to go to this peace conference comes from the knowledge of the real bad results that could result if no improvement, even a little improvement happens in the Palestinian – Israeli area of conflict. Now if we look at the work the both sides are doing to show their good will to achieve something, it will be clear that neither one of them wants to mess up with the American leadership and its preparations, although both the Palestinians and the Israelis know that with their meanwhile suggestions and plans, nothing real could be achieved. As always before going to any negotiations, the both sides prepare their selves to ask for the most they can ask for in order to lose the minimum and win the maximum, and that was the main reasons for the failure of all the attempts that were made after Oslo to achieve anything. So the simplest question we should ask ourselves is how far can both the Israelis and the Palestinians go in order to seek a real peace? Is the Israeli leadership ready to risk in order to achieve? Can the history return itself and bring a prime minister like Rabin that could risk and sign an agreement like the Oslo agreement, so the peace direction in the Palestinian community could become strong again and return the statement ” The Peace of the Brave” back to life? And can the Palestinians rearrange their lines and bring out a real leader like Yasser Arafat who can take decisions and also control and make the people follow him and support him in his decisions? How can we return the situation back to the period before all the extremist parties came to lead the both peoples?We should return to the base, which are the people so we can achieve and change the culture in Israel and Palestine. Now some may think that I blame those people for what they think and believe, indeed I do sympathize with them because they felled as the victims of violence and changed their way of looking to life because of what they suffered from and also because of the mistakes their leaders did. The idea that came up in Israel about obtaining security only by using force and army came because of some leaders that did their best to influence their people and make them believe in this. Ariel Sharon said that he could end the Intifada in One hundred days and make the Israeli people live in complete peace by using force with Palestinians, and what he only did was bringing more pain and suffering for the Israeli people, and also helping in making the Palestinians believe that no peace could be achieved with Israel and only force and violence can be used to make Israel stop its military operations of killing and imprisoning in the Palestinian territories. So the first victim is the nation that follow the leader and that’s why a leader is the one who can build and improve or destroy and make damage. So before planning for peace conferences and spending money on improving army and military capability to face another forces, all the efforts should be centered on making the daily life of each person that lives in Israel and Palestine better, how? Simply show them that they can live a better life and see it from a different corner. Why we never saw any support for improving the economical situation in the west bank and Gaza, why the Palestinian is living his daily life with difficulty even when he goes from his home to his work and the way back because of the check points. With all these things, of course the Palestinian citizen will believe in supporting anyone but not those who wants to go in the peace path. Imagine that a boy’s or girl’s father is killed or put in prison from any of the both sides, what do you think he will think when he or she becomes a man or women? Do you think they will forget what happened to their closest family members? That’s why the change must start from the roots. Ehud Olmert and Abu Mazen should go back to their people to convince and influence them to believe in peace before going to sign anything. This will bring back the people who are needed for both of them to support them or any other leaders in achieving something called peace. Israel should admit that force is not the choice and the recognizing of the right for the Palestinian people to live beside them and giving them their minimum rights that the meanwhile leadership is asking for, is the right beginning for peace. The press of the both sides should think again of how they are affecting the situation and how can they change. Think of it.
