High Tension in East Jerusalem

The situation in East Jerusalem is not stable. According to Dubai police, the 11 assassins left Dubai and are currently under an international hunt to try to catch them.
Other News sources talked about two men who were handed from Jordan to Dubai because they are suspected of being involved in the assassination. One of them is said to be a security officer in the Palestinian authorities. Is it War or Peace that is knocking on our doors?

Israeli airstrikes resulted in killing at least four Palestinians in Gaza in the last 24 hours. The situation began to develop after the first Israeli attempt to assassinate a leader of one of the Palestinian movements claiming that he was on his way to launch missiles into Israel. Israel continues to prevent Palestinian activities and Judaize Jerusalem

In the last couple of days Jerusalem witnessed several events and clashes between the Israeli police and Palestinian and Peace activists. More than thirty five Palestinians and Peace activists were arrested because they participated in several activities made against the Israeli settlements and the Arab cultural activities in the city. The Israeli police claimed that none of these activities were authorized and therefore all of those who participate in it were acting against the law. Report: Internal Hamas row holding up Shalit deal

The London-based Arabic language daily Al Hayat reported Wednesday that the Hamas leadership is split over a recent Israeli proposal that could result in a prisoner swap aimed at securing the release of captive Israel Defense Forces soldier Gilad Shalit, channel 10 reported.
