In Stockholm it happened…i was with another Palestinian from Jerusalem and we met another two amazing girls from Gaza…it was shocking in the beginning to see those who we don’t see usually…those who we pray for every-time Israel attacks Gaza…those who come from a place that became lately the first line of defense in the face of the Israeli occupation and siege…those who lost one thousand brothers, sisters and parents in three days when Israel decided to bring its security by attacking civilians that live in some square kilometers in what is known as Gaza.
Living in the Palestinian way..trying to understand it
One of the hardest things that one cannot easily accept is the denial of his or her existence or their country’s existence even though the identity exists, the land exists and the people are living on it day by day. One of the hardest things that i could not understand is how different i find i am from others who accompany me in the journeys i have from time to time. It took me some time to understand such differences and why is it always hard to understand the place i come from.
Understanding the current Israeli Strategy – Ignoring reality rather than ending a long occupation
Prime minister Netanyahu seems to be far away from closing any deal with the Palestinians. Netanyahu’s strategy of directing the conflict rather than solving it seems to be working for him but will it save him forever?
It is clear now that the current American administration is taking side with the current Israeli government. There is no desire in going into any kind of argument with Israel’s Prime minister who can easily pull the strings and let the Jewish lobby move up and down to affect the whole presidential campaign in the United States.
Palestinians send out a clear message to the Israeli Government on Land day
Yesterday Palestinians celebrated Land day everywhere. Thousands of Palestinians went out in the streets of Gaza, the West Bank, East Jerusalem despite the Israeli cruel reaction, Europe, the Arab world and around the world sending a clear message that Palestinians will not forget their legitimate right in their lands.
Palestinian local and national leaders took part in the demonstrations and many of them were injured in East Jerusalem. Known Palestinian leader Mr. Mustafa Barghouti was injured in his face while many of the Fatah local leaders were also injured or imprisoned. Hatem AbdelKader and Omar Shalabi both known Fatah
Iran is ready to talk..U.S and EU welcome…Israel worried
It seems that the wide Israeli campaign to convince the west that striking Iran is the last option available failed at least for now. Iran send a nuclear letter stating that it is ready to negotiate its nuclear projects with the West. The U.S and EU welcome dit and expressed cautious optimism that there would be new talks.
מפלסטיני להישראלים שחגגו את מותם של הילדים הפלסטינים אתמול
אתמול הייתה תאונה בירושלים…סליחה במזרח ירושלים או אפשר להגיד בגבע שזה נחשב יותר קרוב לראמאלה מירושלים…אז אפשר להירגע כמו שאמר אחד מהאלה שכתבו בפיסבוק…אחד שהיה ישראלי יהודי שלא חשוב לו אם ילדים “פלסטינים” ימותו. בתאונה הזאתי נהרגו שישה ילדים פלסטינים…כן פלסטינים ולא יהודים וזאת לצערי הרב הייתה סיבה בשבל כמה ישראלים שיתחילו לחגוג בדף של ואללה חדשות וגם כן בדף הראשי של ראש ממשלת ישראל ביבי נתניהו.

Following the Palestinian Reconciliation – A Strategy is needed
President Mahmoud Abbas signed an agreement with the head of the Hamas political office and agreed that the next Prime Minister would be the President himself in order to mind more arguments about the personality of the expected Prime Minister. Hamas leadership inside the Palestinian territories criticized Mashal’s agreement on President Abbas to become the Prime Minister and this shows the challenges that are taking place between Hamas leadership abroad and inside the Palestinian territories.
