Thank you for the very useful data. I was looking precisely for such informations. Could you enlarge the picture ? Take the Maghreb and the middle east reaching till Pakistan. Those nations are all considered potentially dangerous for Israel. The US has set it's global strategic priority in this region. Either those governments cooperate and receive money from the US for keeping their islamic movements under control or they risk outright war - Irak, Iran, Afghanistan. Can these costs be evaluated ? Israel is considered by the US as the outpost securing the oilproducing countries against menaces of all kind. In fact, they are the principal reason and cause for fundamentalism, since the palestinian conflict is the major trigger of precisely this phenomenon that targets US and Israel exclusively. The repercussions on the oilprice and colateral damages of terrorism should therefore be taken in account too. Lastly, the US finance sector strongly supports Israel and is by all means blocking a peaceful solution. The burden of war and payments of the US to Israel should also be taken into account. Possibly due to the conflict, Israel has outsorced and globalized much of it's domestic economic activity, therefore the question is not totally irrational : would the neocon policy of chaotic bubble economics, total lack of commitment for the domestic wellfare and massive spending into absurd wars in the interest of Israel have been necessary if not for a wrong attitude applied to the palestinian conflict ? I believe so. The worst errors of the USA with worldwide repercussions are due at least in part to the political lobby linked to Israel. Thank you for you great job.
