The Result of Hatred
The hatred education and breed that the fathers and leaders of the settlers teach to their sons and daughters result in turning the situation in the west bank, Jerusalem, and Gaza into violence and reaction from the Palestinian side. The short film that shows one of the Israeli settlers shooting a man and his brother from a one meter distance could mobilize the Palestinians to revenge for the death and injuries of their people, the oppression that they go through every day, and the international community silence.
I wonder whether what the settlers are doing in the current time in Hebron and the West Bank is considered terrorism, and I wonder whether their racist education is also considered a source of terrorism and hatred. Or they are considered simply poor religious people that can’t be moved from what they consider a holy place for them and their beliefs alone.
I wonder what the Palestinians security forces that were entered lately to Hebron did to protect the Palestinian people from the settlers’ attacks in the same way they worked to protect the security of Israel, and the collecting of the weapons. I wonder what the Israeli army did to protect those unarmed Palestinians at the time they were burning their homes and cars.
Where is the justice of the world when an extreme Israeli shoots, humiliates, and attacks a Palestinian only because his terrorist beliefs demand from him to do so? While on the other side a Muslim could be held in prison only if he is suspected of terrorism?
If the current Israeli hooliganism will keep on being protected by the Israeli and the international leaders, soon a similar action will rise up between the Palestinians, therefore the law must be kept over everyone unless the world want to go through a new worse period of violence.
Shame on those who neglect their duties at the time they see civilians suffer either in Gaza or in the West Bank and claim that this happens because of security reasons because those actions are nothing less than what Nazism did to humanity.

Two statements about your post mentioned above.
1) I heard recently that there was a build up of Fatah security forces in Hebron. Apart from this incident, has this resulted in an improvement of security conditions for the Palestinians?
2) Clearly videos of such injustice can bee used as fodder for recruitment by extremist groups. These videos are used to incite violence and kill even more innocents and civilians.

The Palestinian authorities security forces that were entered recently to Hebron do not have any permission to defend Palestinians even if a settler is attacking them. This is what the agreement says between Israel and the PLO. These forces mission is only to collect weapons and to prevent any attack on Israel or Israeli civilians and soldiers. The Israelis are supposed to stop and prevent the Jewish settlers from attacking Palestinians but they do not for several reasons that one of them is that the Israeli government still believes that it is their right to stay in the West Bank through settlements (Yahuda ve Shemron).
The video was not used to encourage violence; the video was brought through the news channels to show what the Palestinians suffer in Hebron, exactly as Israel did when it brought destroyed buses near the wall to show the suicide bombings.
