The deal also included the returning of about two hundred bodies of Palestinians, Lebanese, and other Arabs that died in the Israeli Arab conflict.

Israel said that the Lebanese should be ashamed instead of celebrating the release of killers. A wide wave of anger and sadness was felt between the Israelis especially when they saw their soldiers coming back home inside coffins. Some Israeli officials like Selvan Shalom said that Israel will pay a higher price to return its kidnapped soldier Gelaad Shaleet in Gaza specially that the deal with the Lebanese included the returning of five of five prisoners and 200 bodies in exchange for two dead Israelis.

The Lebanese from their side arranged huge celebrations for the return of Sameer Kuntar that was in prison for twenty nine years and his four comrades that were captured during the last war. Sameer Kuntar said in a speech he addressed to the Lebanese, Palestinians, and the Arabs that he is released this time to Lebanon only for one reason which is to return to the liberated Palestine. The surprising message that the Lebanese wanted to send to the world was that they are united again; they expressed this by standing all together from all the different political parties in Lebanon.

Observers said that this deal and these new standards in prisoners exchange between Israel and Hezballah will leave a long effect on the future of deals between the two sides. Some others considered this event as a closing part of the circle of war between Israel and Lebanon but also noted that this won’t be the end of the challenge and conflict between them. A real proof for this was the Lebanese new elected President Suleiman; he said that Lebanon will keep the right for herself to use all the needed tools and strategies to return the occupied Shebaa lands on the boarders  between Israel and Lebanon.

Nasrallah the leader of Hezballah is becoming more famous and popular in the eyes of the Arabs that consider him as a true leader that did achieve victories in the Israeli conflict.

The prisoners file between Israel and Lebanon is closed now but does this mean that there will be need to open a new one, or it is definite that soon a new file will be opened after a new fight between the two sides?
