International Relations, America, and the Rest of the World

Examining the political situation in the world, one should ask whether international relations are useful or not. In order to understand how far International Relations could be useful, we should know what its purpose is and from this idea did come.
International Relations are relations that were launched between countries and great powers in order to give diplomacy a chance in solving conflicts and crisis before the choice of force. Another aim for the International Relations is to build economical and cultural relations through it.
After the First World War, the United States wanted to try something new in the European are that included the changing of the way great powers used to react with each other. The Americans thought that if they can start an International body that includes everyone: the great powers and even the small states, it would be easier to prevent wars and conflicts, because common interests and diplomacy will affect on the foreign policy of each country). The great powers in Europe refused this because of the Imperialism and the damage that ideas like right of independence for everyone could make.
The commitment of the great powers at the beginning of the twentieth century to their own policies and interests made them lose again.
The only power that kept on using improving this method of International Relations after the Second World War was the United States of America.
The Americans wanted a new way of imperialism that could be achieved without putting their army in every country that was interested in.
This does not mean that other countries also benefited from this idea. The truth is the America is ruling the world since the end of the Cold War, and this changed some basics in the science of International Relations and Political studies. It was always known that for the sake of having peace, two powers or even more must exist to create a balance of power and prevent any one country acts that could affect the other ( Even thought the peace we are talking about is about the modern and first world, but not the third world).
The latest wars in the 21 century prove that America is losing and is not affecting through its International Relations method: Iraq war, more objection and anger toward it, the Middle East conflict that it couldn’t solve it). This is a dangerous change although always through the history there Americans that didn’t like a lot the idea of International cooperation and were interested in achieving what they want alone).
The change in the American method affects everything: Economy, security, and even ruling systems around the world that were supported by it. America should think again of all the changes in its policy since 2000 and even before until today. Then the Americans should examine which method is better for them and the Free world they want to create.
A proof of how far America did improve even in its inside affairs is the coming elections that include a black man and a woman, and the real question here is whether the White House is ready to welcome a new basic revolutionary change in the kind of the man or woman that will lead it.
A power like the power of such a country should be embodied and centered of not only bringing security for the American people and the American economical system and interests, but also should include in its agenda the importance of bringing security and economical stability all over the world…This only should be a part of the agenda if we are really talking about the free world and the leader of the free world.
