Taking responsibility no matter what happens is one of the attributes of a leader. Responsibility is related to the decisions we make in our life. Our decisions [singlepic id=271 w=320 h=240 float=right] bring us the result of what we do and then we either declare our responsibility of the consequences of our actions results or we simply try to escape from it.

Taking responsibility affects on us and those who are around us especially when we are leading others and trying to bring them together or develop the thoughts they have about life or the field that we are leading in. In order to succeed in leading we must make sure to make those who believe in us feel secured and supported. Leadership is not when you realize that you are in charge of others who follow you and believe in you. Leadership is when you succeed in creating new leaders who become your partners and bring benefit to the cause that you are working for.

If a leader does not take responsibility of everything he or she do then how would those who follow be responsible of their actions and life. Sometimes we try to escape from the results of our actions and decisions by not taking responsibility but this does not help us at all. The process of learning and turning into a leader demands to take responsibility for all of our actions whether they were right or wrong. Being responsible when we make mistakes is more important since it helps us in learning from the results of our actions and them moving forward with more determination to achieve what we did not achieve before.

When those who follow us or even live with us see us taking responsibility for everything we do, they respect us more, believe in us and want to be like us. Therefore a true leader must be responsible if he or she wants to create new leaders, and serve the purpose that is believed in. the positivity of taking responsibility can also be found in the development that we go through. In order to prevent any similar negative results in the future we must learn from each experience we go through. Taking responsibility conditions ourselves in order to learn deeply what we decided and then think of new ways to achieve what we want.

The most important thing that a leader must remember is that what he or she thinks, acts and presents is reflected on those who see in us leaders. Success is not made easily and it would even lose its taste if we achieve it from the first time. There must be a first, second, third and forth attempt and even more until we reach our purpose. The support and security that we give for those who are around us would turn into an energy that serves the purpose that we all work for.

Remember that a purpose could be good and could be evil but what is evil does not last since it lacks the spirit of sharing and the service of common good for humanity. A good purpose is unique in the way it succeeds to exist even when everything seems to be dark and the light is light.
