The Last Events in the Israeli – Palestinian area

Recently after the last Palestinian attack in West Jerusalem on a religious school that resulted in killing eight students and injuring others, the situation between the Palestinians and the Israelis who live in this area is becoming more dangerous and serious. Yesterday the Rabbi Obadiah Yusef said that any Jew who employs a Palestinian will be boycotted and even listed in a black list that forbids making list with the names listed in it.In another development, hundred of religious Jews and settlers started a demonstration near the attacker’s house and ended it by smashing Arab cars and houses. The Police Journalist in the Israeli First Channel said that this time the Police on purpose was not ready to defend and stop this demonstration. He said that only two hundred and fifty policemen were at the place while on other incidents such as the Friday Muslim Prayers, the number of policemen reached thousands.This demonstration represents a serious act that could change into several attacks and anti attack between the Palestinians and the Israelis in Jerusalem. A wise Leadership should prevent this from happening in order to obtain order and security for the both peoples. Taking the law in a group’s hand could become worse if the other side also does the same.On the other side, there is no sign of any negotiations between the Palestinian Authorities and the Israeli state. This break in the negotiations may encourage in making the situation worse specially that leaders from the both sides continue in encouraging the use of Violence.Hamas from one side still continues in its own program without noticing where the people are going, and Israel from the other side keeps on believing that only force must be used to prove who is stronger.An Israeli Journalist wrote that the Minister of Defense Ihud Baraq is doing his best to destroy any chance of improvement towards peace. Whenever a meeting is appointed to continue negotiations, Baraq orders his troops to strike or attack Gaza and destroy any chance of calm and peace for the both people. Some said that Ihud Baraq may be doing this in order to gain more votes if elections happen in the future.

Much violence could happen in the future if no one interferes and puts an end to what can be called “The Period of Missiles and Anti Missiles”.
